Cryosurgery to Genital Lesions (e.g. genital warts) will attract an £80 supplement
Cryosurgery included up to 3 lesions. Small supplement applies to more than 3 lesions. Joint injection includes injection of one joint in an appointment, small supplement applies to second joint in same appointment. All appointments include clinicians time, prescriptions and sundries but not the cost of any required follow-up or vaccinations.
